Charlotte Lyones PhysiotherapistCharlotte trained at the University of Hertfordshire and qualified in 2004 as a Chartered
Physiotherapist and has worked in both the NHS, and private practice.

Her specialist field is musculoskeletal physiotherapy. This includes treating all acute and chronic (short and long-term) bone, muscular and joint problems. She is also qualified in the use of acupuncture and is a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists). Charlotte has a special interest in treating sporting injuries, rehabilitation and injury prevention and is currently studying for an MSc.

Charlotte has attended many post graduate courses to continuously develop her clinical skills and provide current evidence based practice. They have included the treatment and management of a wide range of spinal and other musculoskeletal conditions. In treatment she uses manual therapy techniques, soft tissue massage, specific exercise programmes including movement control, electrotherapy and acupuncture.

Charlotte is a keen sportswoman and enjoys long distance running and horse riding.
