Initially specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, after having her own children Jo developed an interest in women's health conditions.  She fully understands the sensitive nature and taboo associated with incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain, and treats every patient with compassion and discretion.  Jo also offers a postnatal women's health assessment - the One Stop Mum Check and treatment following childbirth, antenatal physiotherapy and scar treatment for the management of bothersome surgical scars.

Jo is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and return to full function, be that returning to sport after a joint injury or enjoying motherhood to the full having recently given birth.  She regularly undertakes further training to enhance her clinical skills and knowledge, to be able to offer the highest standards of care to her patients.  She will undertake a thorough assessment of your condition and formulate a treatment plan, equipping you along the way with the skills needed to help you recover fully and also to prevent recurrence.

You can see Jo at St Judes Clinic on Mondays and Tuesdays.
