Lyndsay Warner BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy MSc MCSP HCPC: PH50951

Lyndsay trained at the University of Teesside in Middlesbrough, qualifying in 1996.  After qualifying Lyndsay worked within the NHS at Stoke Mandeville where she did her basic grade rotations before moving in to a NHS Primary Care setting to focus on musculo-skeletal assessment and treatment in 1997.  She currently continues to work in a Primary Care setting treating a wide variety of musculo-skeletal conditions.

Lyndsay is also an acupuncturist at St Judes - she studied acupuncture in 1997 and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).  She has been using this method of treatment for pain relief in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.  Lyndsay also gained a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Coventry University in 2017.  She has attended many post graduate courses to continuously develop her clinical skills.

In treatment she uses manual therapy techniques, soft tissue massage, specific exercise programmes, electrotherapy and acupuncture.  Lyndsay has a special interest in hypermobility and acupuncture.  She treats patients with evidence-based treatment techniques and strongly favours exercise therapy and posture correction which she believes are the basic foundation of physiotherapy.  She is keen to teach patients about their bodies and their conditions so that they can work towards a self-management program and a healthier lifestyle.

You can see Lyndsay on Mondays at St Judes – call: 01525 377751 to book.
