1. Admin Team Member - We are currently looking for an additional organised part-time receptionist to join our friendly, close-knit team, with flexibility to cover staff holidays and sickness, approximately 11 hours per week plus holiday cover.

Duties will include:

·         Meeting and greeting patients and visitors

·         Answering telephone calls and emails and dealing with enquiries from our website and Facebook

·         Booking appointments and processing invoices

·         Taking payments in person and over the telephone

·         Liaising with clinical staff regarding patient management including typing of correspondence

·         Sorting and distributing post and deliveries of clinical goods

·         Keeping the reception and all areas tidy and rooms fully stocked with stationery and healthcare equipment

You will need to have polished communication skills, patience and be able to multi-task. You will also need to be:

·         UK resident

·         Well-organised and effective at time management

·         Friendly, polite and confidential

·         Keep calm under pressure

·         Self-motivated but be able to work well in a team – this is essential

·         Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook

Similar work experience as a receptionist or in a medical practice would be advantageous but you must have IT skills.  Our reception desk can be very busy at times so the ability to multi-task and communicate well with team members is essential.  Training will be given and salary will be dependent upon age, qualifications and experience.

 

2. SELF-EMPLOYED PART-TIME PHYSIOTHERAPIST REQUIRED 

With 28 years’ experience, St Judes are looking for an enthusiastic and capable musculo-skeletal physiotherapist, to join our friendly private multi-disciplinary health clinic.

Our workload is varied and includes clients who are insured, on contract or whom are self-funding.  The post holder will provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions and individual programs to clients with a variety of MSK conditions and rehabilitation needs.  Our team of friendly experienced physiotherapists work alongside our podiatrists to offer our clients the best possible care. 

An APPI Pilates qualification would be advantageous as we offer clinical rehab Pilates on a small group and 1:1 basis.  Likewise, acupuncture experience and registration with the AACP would also be useful.

You will need to be:

·         Fully registered with the CSP and HCPC and hold (or can obtain prior to commencement) a current enhanced DRB for the post of Physiotherapist

·         UK resident with a good standard of spoken and written English

·         Effective at time management

·         IT literate

3. APPI PILATES INSTRUCTOR REQUIRED AT ST JUDES CLINIC LEIGHTON BUZZARD

St Judes is a thriving, multi-disciplinary health clinic in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, and is looking for an experienced level 3 fully certified APPI mat work Pilates instructor to join our team on a self-employed basis.

The role is to take over classes from our Practice Principal, Moira D’Arcy, (who is looking to reduce her teaching hours) and run one/some of our local beginner/intermediate, small group classes.

You will need to be:

·         UK resident with a good standard of spoken and written English

·         Effective at time management

·         IT literate
