Security - We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Appointments -

  • You will be asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before your first appointment, this is so you can complete the necessary paperwork. 
  • Please note if you arrive late for your appointments, there will be a reduction to your treatment time. 
  • Changing an appointment - please notify us if you are unable to keep your appointment(s). Please note: a cancellation charge of 50% will be made unless 24 hours’ notice is given. 

Payment & charges - 

  • Self-funding patients: Payment is required following each appointment - you can pay for your treatment by cash, cheque with a card, debit card or credit card (not American Express).
  • Insured patients only: If you are claiming on your private health insurance for this appointment please bring with you your company details, membership and claim numbers and details of your authorisation limits. Without these details we cannot invoice your insurance company and you will be asked to pay for the treatment you have received.  We also require your credit card details in the event of a shortfall from your insurance cover or for non-payment of missed appointment charges. This is common practise for private health providers and our policy for this is explained fully on your insured consent form.
  • Other charges - There are price lists available for various treatments, products, equipment loan hire etc and these are available opon request.
