Moira, Practice Principal and Physiotherapist at St Judes, has been busy training this month and attended both a course and a conference online this month. This was the second APPI (Pilates ) course she had attended in recent months and, again, a worthwhile exercise. Moira has decided to focus on Women's Health orientated APPI courses this year, attending The Pelvic Floor course this month and the Menopause course later in September.

The AACP Conference (acupuncture) was the first Conference she had attended online. This year's speakers were an International line up brining new research, ideas for methods of treatment and thought provocation regarding the use of acupuncture.
