The great news is that we are living longer and by keeping fit we can improve our balance, movement and prevent injuries. Back Care Week free advice from St Judes' Physiotherapists

Nearly half of us suffer from some form of back pain each year. National Back Care Awareness Week runs from 7-11 October and is a promotional campaign by BackCare, the charity for healthier backs. This year, the campaign focuses on back health amongst golfers.  However, Chartered Physiotherapists treat back pain from a multitude of causes.
